005-Re the appeal of lowercase text

This post is a reply to https://puppynet.work/the-appeal-of-lowercase-text. I know its kind of old but I want to procrastinate have opinions >:3

• I personally like lower case, and usually exclusively use it, unless í want to emphasize something.
• I think it adds a lot of personality ngl. Companies and llm slop (almost) always use "proper" english, while people can do whatever they want!
• Lowercase feels less polished and edited, which can be more informal and personal (which I love)
• This website uses nice capitalization because I want it too look more thought out I guess?
• I don't think lowercase text is unreadable, but I do think capital letters help as landmarks.
• idk thats all I can think of for now. I think I had more thoughts but I forgot.

Anyway, please do what you want on your website. I like lowercase websites but I think its kind of fun to have little fixing capitalization, like a little distraction when thinking about the next words I'll write, so í capitalize my stuff (sometimes)

Also I really like the way the original article is written! Like the tone and metaphors are really nice I think.
